Scoop Team:  As a scoop team member you would be the face and spirit of Fannie Lou's. We're looking for outgoing, friendly and motivated individuals. Pay is competitive with opportunities for tips and bonuses.

Assistant Manager: Keeping things running smoothly is a lot of work for one person so we're looking for an assistant manager to learn the business and hopefully grow into store manager. The assistant manager would help with scheduling, supervising, inventory, training, ice cream production and working on the scoop team.

Ice Cream Production: The production employee is currently a part-time flexible position. The production employee would be responsible for taking inventory of ice cream and ingredients, producing an order sheet,  planning production run, and executing the prep and production run.
