All ice cream is made on-site allowing us to get creative. While some of our flavors will stick around, others may rotate in an out. We try to have at least one dairy free option and many of our recipes are gluten free. Unfortunately, we do not have any sugar-free options. My first grandchild Mia Kate was born the same day that Fannie Lou's opened. It was only appropriate to name a flavor for her. Fresh mint and chocolate chips.
Just like the Pensacola landmark, we never know what's going to be in this masterpiece but we know it will be delicious.

Our friend Don came up with this recipe. Rich toffee and graham crackers infused chocolate with pieces of toffee thrown in.
An all time favorite. You can't go wrong with pecans, butter and vanilla.
Strawberry Pretzel Cheesecake
